Everest for Sahel 2013
About This Campaign
“During the summer of 2012, I was in Niger, working for the WFP on the food crisis in the Sahel region of Africa. It was here that it came to me that I can help. I will dedicate my climbs to a campaign called “Everest for Sahel”. I want to raise awareness of the situation in the Sahel and rally as much support for the people of the region as possible!
Currently, the expedition is 97% self-funded. Thanks to those who kindly offered support, not just in money, but by helping promote the campaign. If you’d still like to become my personal sponsor, you can support me HERE.
Every penny counts and can make HUGE difference in lives of those people in need. Help me in my campaign ”Everest for Sahel’ by donating 1 cent or 1 $ per my climbed meter (Mt. Everest is about 8,850 meters high). I will do the hard work – you just need to support this campaign by making a small contribution! Every penny you give, it will go to the Sahel!
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!
